FAQ's

1. What countries do you ship to?

·       TSGRA Brand Store ship within the USA only.

 

2. What is your return/exchange policy?

We do not accept returns on goods. Replacements are available only for items that arrive damaged or for apparel size exchanges (if unworn and in original condition).
All other sales are final.

·       Damages: Please notify orders@austinadgroup.com within 48 hours of receipt to notify us of any damages to the items you are receiving.

·       Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receipt for the same item for a different size, subject to availability.  Buyers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

3. How long will it take to get my order?

·       In-stock Items:  your order will ship within 2 business days

·       Custom and Backordered Items:  your order will take 2-3 weeks to be produced and shipped for custom items.  If you have in stock items as well, your order will be held until the custom item is ready to ship.

 

4. What payment methods do you accept?

·       Online we accept credit card payments only.

 

5. Do you have gift packaging options?

·       We do not.

 

6. How do I cancel/modify an order?

·       You can log into your account or email Orders@austinadgroup.com to request a cancellation.  These will be placed if the order has not been shipped yet.  Once it’s shipped, we can not cancel the order.

 

7. How can I track my order?

·       Once the order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information.  You may receive more than one notification or tracking number.
